San Pedro Lobster Fest
Lobster festival that typically takes place over
five days in June in the town of San Pedro
on the island of Ambergris Caye in Belize.
The grand finale event is a "Lobsterfest Town
Block Party" that usually takes place
in Central Park, beginning at about 5:00 p.m.
The event features live entertainment, a
LobsterFest King and Queen Pageant,
food booths, community displays, and other activities.
Toledo Cacao Fest
The Toledo Cacao Fest is a family festival and
celebration of chocolate that usually takes place over
a weekend in May. The 4th Annual Toledo Chocolate
Festival took place May 21-23, 2010 at several different
venues in the Toledo District of Belize.
